1) money orders -please make money order payable to 'Zanbaka's Designs'

2) personal checks (check must clear before order is shipped, $15 charge on returned checks) -please make check payable to 'Zanbaka's Designs'

Add 8.9% Sales Tax if you are a resident of Washington State.

How to Order

By Phone - To place order by phone call 206-321-2912, leave order on voicemail (secure), be sure to leave 1) Item Description 2) Item Number 3) Shipping Preferences 4) Payment type (mailing check/M.O. or Paypal Online) 5) Name and Shipping Address 6) Phone number. I will call you back as soon as possible to confirm order and total.

By Mail - To place order by mail, fill out printable order form, send with check or money order to: Zanbaka's Designs, 1421 15th Avenue #203, Seattle, WA, 98112. (Because many of my pieces are one of a kind, you may want to email or call before sending order.)

Online - To place order online email me at zanbaka@zanbaka.com with 1) Item Description 2) Item Number 3) Shipping Preferences 4) Payment type (mailing check/M.O. or Paypal Online) 5) Name and Shipping Address 6) Phone number 7)Email Address. I will email/call you back as soon as possible to confirm order and total. BE SAFE....DO NOT EMAIL ME YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, EMAIL IS NOT SECURE, PAYPAL ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE SECURE.

Shipping Options

Items will be shipped the day after payment has cleared for order. Orders shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Call 206-321-2912 or email for express and international shipping costs.

I will only replace lost orders if they are insured. For shipping insurance add $1 per $50 of order.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns/exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receiving order and accompanied by sales receipt.
